Vizag Mayor inspected low lying areas of the city
VISAKHAPATNAM: The alcalde of the city, Golagani Hari Venkata Kumari, inspected on Wednesday Gnanapuram Errigedda in the fifth zone, Pentamamba Ootagadda in the district 75 and Main Gedda and Nadipuri in the district 76.
In declarations to the media, he said that the regular removal of sediment in Gnanapuram Errigedda has allowed the rain water to drain without problems. He pointed out that two JCBs have been deployed to remove the dust and garbage accumulated in the low-lying area. Six vehicles have been put into service to remove garbage.
The mayor asked the local population to inform the authorities in case of difficulties. Here they have deployed sanitary workers to clean the main alcantarillas.
After noticing a large amount of garbage on the way to the school China Waltair Kotak, ordered the sanitary inspector to remove it immediately. He stressed that he will not tolerate negligence.
