A major accident occurred in Collectorate Road, the truck was loaded with cement

Balodabazar. Due to uncontrolled traffic system in the district, accidents are happening continuously. Last night around 12 o’clock, a speeding truck loaded with cement went out of control on the road leading to Collectorate and hit the divider, due to which the traffic signal was damaged.

It was fortunate that since it was late at night, there were not many people on the road, otherwise a major accident could have happened. There is an atmosphere of fear among the general public due to the frequent road accidents in the city. Let us tell you that just a day before this incident, a speeding passenger bus had entered a drain in Palari in which six passengers were injured. A day before that, a person had died after being hit by an unknown vehicle in village Ravan.
