A predator having unnatural sex with cattle arrested

Raipur. The police have arrested a savage beast in the Khamhardih police station area of the capital. Who has committed unnatural sex with a cattle. While disclosing the matter, the police have said that the victim Raja Sahu, father late Samaru Sahu, age 19 years, near Kachna Gate, Khamhardih Road Police Station, Khamhardih District Raipur, submitted a written application and filed a report that he operates a dairy farm dated 26.12. On 2023, at around 11:00 pm, he was walking in front of his house after having dinner when he heard the sound of a cow coming from his dairy farm.

Then he went inside the dairy farm and saw that Surya Tandi, a resident of Parvati Nagar, was doing wrongful act (sex) with the red colored cow by tying its legs in his dairy farm. When he shouted at him, Surya Tandi pulled his open pants. When he caught hold of him and started running, he threw a piece of brick kept there and hit him due to which his left hand got injured. On the report of the applicant, crime number – 467/2023, section 377, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960. Section 11 of the Act was registered and taken into consideration. In arresting the accused, Inspector Kumar Gaurav Sahu, in-charge of police station Khamhardih and staff U.N. Manoj Patel and patrolling staff have played an important role.
