A significant number of youth, public representatives, and officials, present at the event, celebrated Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel’s birthday a day before.

The cake was prepared using millet ragi, reflecting the initiatives of Chief Minister Shri Baghel led Millet Mission in Chhattisgarh, which seeks to motivate farmers to cultivate these crops.

To achieve this, farmers are being provided with enhanced seed varieties and other forms of assistance.

As a result, farmers are now getting favourable market prices for Ragi, and its cultivation is proving to be relatively trouble-free.
