A woman died in the field, came in contact with a high voltage wire

Kawardha news. Due to the negligence of the electricity department, a woman died on the spot after coming in contact with a high voltage wire while putting fertilizer in the field. The police reached the spot and started investigating. The incident took place in Village Navghata under Pipariya police station area. Neera Bai had gone to put fertilizer in the field with her husband.

During this, she tried to remove the high voltage wire hanging just 3 feet above the ground, but due to the wire being broken, Neera Bai died on the spot after coming in contact with it. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot, registered a case and sent the body to the district headquarters for post mortem.
