A woman living in the neighborhood murdered a 10 year old boy, this is how she got caught

Muzaffarnagar: A woman living in the neighborhood has been arrested for strangulating a 10-year-old boy to death in Tevda village of Kakrauli police station area of Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

According to the police, in connection with the incident, a call was received on November 13 about a dead body near the pond of village Tevda. On immediate information, local police reached the spot and recovered the body. The deceased was identified as Arsalan (10), who was missing for two days.

Additional Superintendent of Police Atul Srivastava said that Asifa (35) of Tevda village was arrested. Inquiry revealed that the motive behind the murder was to avenge the insult by the deceased’s mother.

Asifa told that on the day of the incident, Arslan was playing outside the house. Meanwhile, the woman took him to her home and seeing the opportunity, strangulated him to death with a rope.
