According to the allocated target, agriculture supervisor should issue 100 percent administrative approval, more in departmental schemes
A meeting of Assistant Agriculture Officer and Agriculture Supervisors of the district was organized on Wednesday in the district level training hall of Agriculture Department.
Joint Director Agriculture Extension Dausa PC Meena said that in the year 2023-24, the district will be provided with schemes run by the Agriculture Department such as farm pond, barbed wire, agricultural machinery, irrigation pipeline, chaff cutter, ridge bed maker, napier grass, super compost, traditional Instructions were given to issue 100 percent administrative approval according to the allocation before August 31, 2023, after making progress on the targets allocated in various schemes including the Agriculture Development Scheme.
Deputy Director Horticulture Dausa JP Meena informed about the various schemes run by the Horticulture Department in the meeting. Assistant Director Agriculture Extension Dausa Naval Kishore Meena instructed all the Assistant Agriculture Officers and Agriculture Supervisors to be present in the area and make regular contact with the farmers so that the eligible and interested farmers get timely benefit from the schemes of the department. Meena said that necessary action will be taken against those agriculture supervisors who do not make progress according to the allotted target on time. Agriculture Research Officer Dausa Manoj Kumar Meena was informed about soil sample collection and use of manure and fertilizers as per the recommendation of soil health card.
Agriculture Officer Dausa Ashok Kumar Meena informed the Assistant Agriculture Officer and Agriculture Supervisors about the barbed wire fencing scheme run by the department and the progress of the scheme was reviewed by the Agriculture Supervisor and Assistant Agriculture Officer Headquarters. Agriculture Officer Fasal Dausa Dharam Singh Gurjar gave information about the construction of farm pound, crop display, organizing minutes, traditional agricultural development scheme, napier grass, super compost etc. in the meeting and reviewed the progress of the scheme. District level officers and agriculture supervisors and assistant agriculture officers were present on this occasion.
