Don’t make these mistakes-
According to Vastu and Astrology, one should never hit the broom with one’s feet. If one accidentally hits one’s feet, then one should apply one’s hand and ask for forgiveness. Mother Lakshmi gets angry by touching it. According to Vastu, the broom should not be kept anywhere in the house but a specific place should be made for it. Where no outsider can see. Apart from this, broom should not be kept in the puja room, Tulsi, safe, kitchen and bedroom. Keeping a broom here is considered inauspicious.
If the broom in the house has become useless then it should never be thrown out on Thursday or Friday. This should not be done even on Ekadashi and Purnima days, it is considered inauspicious. Along with this, one should never burn an old broom as Lakshmi gets angry by doing so.
According to the scriptures, one should not sweep the broom even by mistake in the evening, doing so may anger Goddess Lakshmi due to which the family has to face sorrow, poverty and other problems.
