Accused caught with Mahua liquor
Ambagarh Chowki/Chilhati: Mahua liquor seller has been arrested. The police station in-charge received information from the informer that the accused Shyam Lal Kodape, father Roop Singh Kodape, age 60 years, Munjal police station, Chilhati district, Mohalla Manpur A.Chowki, has illegally kept local hand-brewed raw Mahua liquor near his farm Bor. After receiving the information, the raid Took action.
About 10 liters of raw hand-brewed Mahua liquor worth Rs 2000/- in a white colored 10 liter plastic jerrycan was seized from the accused and taken into custody by the police. Crime number 68/2023, Section 34(2) of the Excise Act was registered against the accused and taken into consideration. Sauni Ratthulal Netam, Fulchand Kenwat, Manoj Tandon, Mannuram Netam, Prakash Singh Rajput had commendable contribution in the said proceedings.
