Accused of robbing the general manager, two arrested
Uttar Pradesh. The GM (General Manager) of the Sector-68 company filed a case in the Sector-3 police station, accusing the car riders of assault and looting Rs 1 lakh and jewellery. Police investigation revealed the case to be an accident. Two accused have been arrested in this case. In the complaint given to the police, GM of Dixon Company located in Sector-68, Dhanendra Singh, said that he left for his home in Greater Noida by car around 7 pm on 26th. When he was going on FNC Road, the car riders hit him, stopped his car, beat him up and looted cash and jewellery.
When he protested, the accused opened fire with the intention of killing him. During this he narrowly escaped. When people raised their voice and gathered at the spot, the accused ran away. He took out his mobile and took a photo of the car of the accused, in which the car number was also visible. The miscreants had come in a red colored car. Police identified the car on the basis of number plate and arrested Lavish and Aryan in this case.
DCP said that during the investigation of the case, it came to light that there was a fight after the vehicle collided. The matter of robbery has not been proved. On the complaint of the victim, a case was first registered under the robbery section. During investigation, it was found to be an accident and the section of robbery was removed. DCP Harish Chander says that two accused Lavish and Aryan have been arrested in this case.
