Acrobatics in front of the bus, MVD will suspend the license of Kozhikode youth

Kozhikode : In another clear violation of basic traffic rules, a scooter rider displayed his acrobatic skills in front of a private bus and disrupted traffic for a long time. The incident took place in Kozhikode’s Meenchantha area. The scooter rider was identified as Farhan, a resident of Kallai. Police have registered a case against him. According to reports, Farhan had driven under the influence of alcohol. Many sections have been imposed on him including dangerous driving and drunken driving.

The Motor Vehicles Department said that Farhan’s license will be suspended. Just the other day, some intoxicated youth stopped a KSRTC vehicle and dragged the bus driver creating ruckus on the road. Due to it being night, the youth could not be identified and the case was registered as unknown. However, their vehicle (KL-01-S-3510 Toyota Qualis car) was taken into custody. At present the youth are on the run. This incident happened in Keshavadaspuram of the capital. The video of the scuffle also went viral on the internet. The bus was coming from Mallapalli to Thiruvananthapuram via Pathanamthitta.
