Action taken against those who burst firecrackers after 10 pm, action taken against 17 people
Raipur. Instructions have been given to take necessary legal action against those who burst loud firecrackers after 10:00 pm in violation of the provisions of the Supreme Court, High Court and NGT.
In the same sequence, taking seriously the continuous complaints received by the general public against those bursting loud firecrackers after 10:00 pm, Senior Superintendent of Police Prashant Aggarwal has issued a warning to all the police gazetted officers/station in-charges against bursting loud firecrackers after 10:00 pm. Instructions have been given to take action against the vandals.
On which yesterday i.e. on 13th November, along with the bursting of loud firecrackers after 10:00 pm in the police station Civil Line, Urla, Kotwali, Pandari, Devendra Nagar, Khamtarai, Gudhiyari, Tikrapara, D.D. Nagar and Azad Chowk area, the Honorable After being found violating the orders and instructions of the Supreme Court and the High Court, action was taken against a total of 17 persons under the Noise Pollution Act and action was taken in the concerned police stations by seizing big loud firecrackers from their possession.
