Civil Line TI Pradeep Arya said that Amitesh Choubey (21), living in Sankatmochan Vatika Colony of Mangala Chowk, hanged himself in his house on Saturday night. The relatives saw him hanging. They hurriedly cut the noose and took Amitesh to the hospital. There the doctors declared the youth dead. This was reported to the Civil Line police station at night itself. On this, the police took the body in custody and sent it to the mortuary.
