Aditya Roy Kapur reveals how he played a double role in ‘Gumrah’
Mumbai (IANS) | Aditya Roy Kapur, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming thriller film ‘Gumrah’ on 7th April, shared his trick behind playing a double role in the film. The film tells the story of a murderer roaming free. Explaining how he bifurcated the two characters, the actor said: I believe that costume and body language are important, the way each character speaks should be very different from each other. It’s like feeling like two different people with different wants and needs, and that was one of the challenges.
He added: The script was a big help, it had some great writing like the two characters feel like two different individuals. And it was fun to do! It was fun for me to play Ronnie, I think I will miss him more.
The film, directed by Vardhan Ketkar, also stars Mrunal Thakur and Ronit Roy in pivotal roles, and is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios.
