Aerial firing took place during wedding ceremony, chariot driver shot

Kurukshetra. Aerial firing took place at a wedding ceremony in Pehowa sub-division of Kurukshetra district late on Wednesday night. Due to this firing, the chariot driver got shot on his leg. The injured person has been admitted to the private hospital in Pehowa where the shrapnel will be removed after an operation today. The victim’s mother told that her son was shot due to aerial firing, legal action should be taken as per rules. The victim Sonu said that the firing took place in the air while under the influence of alcohol.
