Ahmedabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Gujarat canceled due to meeting with foreign delegation
Prime Minister Modi was to visit Gujarat on 17th April. Now his tour has been cancelled. He was to inaugurate the Saurashtra Tamil Sangam at Gir Somnath. If sources are to be believed, his visit has been canceled due to the Prime Minister’s meeting with the foreign delegation and Karnataka elections. The Saurashtra Tamil Sangam was announced on March 19 in Chennai and its logo, theme song and registration portal were unveiled. Within 24 hours of the launch of this portal, more than 10,000 people registered and gave a good response to this Sangam.
Many preparations were made for PM’s visit
On the other hand, the program of Tamil Sangam on April 17 will remain the same. In this program, the Prime Minister was about to do a road show. The main objective of this program is to honor the people who migrated from Saurashtra region of Gujarat and settled in Tamil Nadu state and by celebrating this cultural program, this program has been organized for cultural exchange between the two states. Apart from this, BJP has started preparations for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. In such a situation, many preparations were made for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Gujarat. His visit was considered important in terms of planning for the Lok Sabha elections.
