Alliance Franchise Tour 2023 held in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Alliance Française is set to present two French artistes in India, DJ Lecomte de Brezot of electronic music and singer Maya Kamati, rooted in the traditional music of Maloya from the Reunion Island of the French territory Ultramar.

The duo will enthrall the vibrant city of Hyderabad at Zena Brewery & Kitchen on December 9 as part of the Alliance Francaise Tour 2023 to promote cultural exchange between India and France through the universal language of music. Shows the dedication of the organization.

Known for his innovative approach to electronic music, Lecomte de Brezot is set to offer a new perspective on the world of French music.

Adding another layer to this musical tape is Maya Kamati, a prominent musician and singer of Malaya Indian origin from Reunion Island, who will bring a sample of the rich musical tradition of her land to India.

In addition to their presentations, both artists will conduct workshops, giving the public and local professionals a unique opportunity to interact directly with these masters. This interactive approach is in line with the multi-tiered approach that the Cultural Department of the Embassy of France is promoting.

Apart from Hyderabad, the duo will also be performing in Bengaluru, Delhi, Kochi, Mumbai and other cities.
