necessary ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup paneer (grated)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- 2 green chilies
- 1/2 cup peas
Salt as per taste - 1 tbsp butter
- 4 thin rotis

To make Egg Paneer Roll, first heat butter in a pan on medium heat (do not heat the butter too much).
As soon as the butter is hot, add green chilies and onions and fry them.
When the onions become golden, add tomatoes and fry them.
Now beat 2 eggs in a bowl and put it in the pan and cook till it gets cooked.
When the egg is fried, add paneer, black pepper powder and salt and cook for 2 minutes and turn off the flame.
Now again put butter in the pan and heat it on medium flame. You can also add oil if you want.
Make a batter of the remaining eggs in the melted butter and pour it into the pan, whisking it well.
Put black pepper powder on top and a roti on top.
Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn off the flame.
Now put the egg-cheese mixture over it and roll the roti.
Paneer-egg roll is ready. Serve it with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
