Anwar Dhebar, Nitesh Purohit and Pappu Dhillon got big relief from the Supreme Court

Raipur: Excise scam accused Anwar Dhebar, Nitish Purohit and Pappu Dhillon have got a big relief. The Supreme Court has put a stay on the arrest warrant of all three. ED was also reprimanded by the court for overruling the order of issuing warrant by rejecting interim bail despite stay on investigation of Excise Department FIR.

Advocate Mukul Rohatgi presented his side from the defense side. The court has given interim relief for the next 6 weeks to all the three accused. The case was heard in the double bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul.
