Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin wished that the light of sunrise seen in the south should spread all over the country. He commented to this extent on the disappearance of the party from the south with the BJP’s defeat in Karnataka. He congratulated the Congress government in Karnataka. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar attended the oath taking ceremony along with Tamil Nadu CM Stalin and prominent leaders of opposition parties. To this extent, the unity of the opposition was expressed to defeat the BJP in the parliamentary elections to be held next year.

In this background, Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin made a tweet. Siddaramaiah, who took oath as CM, extended warm wishes to DK Shivakumar, who took oath as Deputy CM. Both of them with secular ideologies expressed hope that Karnataka will reach new heights with their efficient governance. Also, he wished to spread the light of sunrise (disappearance of BJP) that appeared in the south across India. He said that the swearing-in ceremony held in Bangalore today is an auspicious time for this new climate change.
