Appointment of Chief Secretary, name of this IAS officer in the order

Kashmir: Top Jammu and Kashmir IAS officer Atal Dullu will be the next Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the repatriation of Atal Dullu (UT:89), Secretary, Border Management Department, to his parent cadre on the request of the Home Ministry.
