Artificial Intelligence and Data Learning courses will start

Shimla. Information technology based courses will be started in technical educational institutions of Himachal Pradesh from the next session. The state government has taken a decision regarding this. Under this, information technology based courses like Artificial Intelligence and Data Learning etc. will be started in technical educational institutions. The Chief Minister made this announcement at the inauguration of Vidya Samiksha Kendra (VSK) on Thursday. He said that it has been decided to teach English from the first class in all the government schools located in the state. Although the state government in its manifesto had announced to open 4 English medium schools in every assembly constituency, but the government has now decided that English will be started from class 1 in all government schools.

CM said that many qualitative improvements will be made from the next academic session, for which cooperation of parents, teachers and students is required. He said that it is the first responsibility of teachers to prepare students to meet the challenges of the future. The aim of the state government is to develop such an education system where students studying in government schools feel proud. He said that information technology plays an important role in the innovative reforms being done in the education sector. He said that teachers would also be sent abroad for exposure visits. On this occasion, Principal Advisor (Media) Naresh Chauhan, Political Advisor to the Chief Minister Sunil Sharma, MLA Harish Janartha, Principal Private Secretary to the Chief Minister Vivek Bhatia, Director Higher Education Dr. Amarjeet Sharma, Director of Elementary Education Department Ashish Kohli and other dignitaries were also present.

Vidya Samiksha Kendra, a diverse range of conversational AI chatbots on Swift Chat will act as digital friends to guide students, assist teachers and provide valuable data to administrators. It will present dashboards and reports for districts, blocks and schools. This will provide data related to student progress, teacher training and overall school performance. He said that based on real-time feedback and corrective suggestions, teachers will be able to make changes in teaching strategies, thereby providing learning opportunities to every student. On this occasion, Education Minister Rohit Thakur said that Vidya Samiksha Kendra will not only strengthen the education system but will also realize the vision of a bright future for every student of the state. He said that in the coming times, the state will perform excellently in the education sector and Vidya Samiksha Kendra will prove to be a milestone in this direction. He said that the Chief Minister has given instructions to incorporate modern technology in this field to improve the quality of education.
