Aslam Ansari, wanted by NIA with a reward of one lakh rupees arrested
Motihari (IANS). National Investigation Agency (NIA) absconding accused Aslam Ansari alias Gulten was arrested by the police and a team of NIA. A reward of one lakh rupees was declared on the arrested Gulten.
According to the police, a special team constituted under the leadership of Assistant Superintendent of Police, East Champaran district, has arrested absconding accused Aslam Ansari alias Gulten, wanted by the NIA. He is a resident of Virganj, Nepal.
It is said that Aslam Ansari was arrested earlier in 2019 as well. But, he absconded after getting bail. In this context, a lookout notice was issued by the NIA and a reward of one lakh was also announced. The arrested accused is being jointly interrogated by senior officers of NIA and Motihari Police.
