Auction of plots begins for Bali Yatra
Cuttack: Just over a fortnight is left for the historic Bali Yatra in Cuttack and the auction of plots for the annual trade fair has begun today for traders who have registered their names to set up stalls at the Bali Yatra grounds. Was.
The auction process, which started at 10:00 am, was conducted across 10 counters set up at 6 locations, including Barabati Palace, Collector Office and DRDA Office.
The auction of plots will continue till November 15. It is being organized with utmost transparency under the supervision of Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) and district administration.
While 5,000 to 10,000 square feet of space has been earmarked for premium patrons, 1,000 to 5,000 square feet of space has been earmarked for gold patrons. An individual, businessman or institution is allowed to select a maximum of three plots.
More than 900 businessmen have registered to take plots at Bali Jatra grounds.
