Talks on constituency division will begin only after the election date is announced: Naina Nagendran
Tamil Nadu: BJP State President Naina Nagendran stated on Monday that discussions on seat sharing within the National Democratic Alliance will only take place after the election date is announced.
The National Democratic Alliance’s general meeting will be held in Trichy on March 11th. Prime Minister Modi will participate and speak at the meeting. BJP State President Naina Nagendran inspected Trichy on Monday to select a venue.
She later told reporters: “We will hold the National Democratic Alliance’s general meeting in Trichy on a grand scale, like a conference.”
More than 500,000 people are expected to attend. Surveys of locations in Panchapur and G-Karn have been completed. Locations will be selected soon, and public meetings will be arranged.
No discussions have yet taken place on seat sharing within the National Democratic Alliance. Discussions will only take place after the election date is announced.
