Ayushman card will be made in villages and cities from today
Surajpur. Under the direction of Collector Sanjay Aggarwal and Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. R.S. Under the guidance of Singh, a special campaign is being organized in the district from 27 to 31 July 2023 under the ambitious scheme Ayushman-Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and Dr. Khubchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme. In the same sequence, a special campaign organized by all the departments of the district by organizing camps, all the Ayushman friends of the district, Health and Wellness Centers (CHOs), employment assistants, secretaries, RHOs, second ANMs, NRLMs, bank sakhis, Anganwadi workers, matanins and choice centers, CRP sisters of NULM in urban areas, Ayushman cards of all the beneficiaries left out by Panchayat Bhawan of Govt. And free Ayushman card will be made in Nagar Panchayat or health centers.
Mobile numbers of about three thousand officers and employees of various departments of the district were registered to get Ayushman cards made. Therefore, in Gram Panchayats, Sarpanch, Secretary, Mitanin and City Panchayat Councilor and Anganwadi workers of urban areas can get information about Ayushman card and get their Ayushman card made by going to the nearest choice center or hospital. Necessary documents for making Ayushman card It is mandatory for the beneficiaries to have Aadhaar card or ration card.
Under the special campaign, Ayushman cards will also be made for eligible APL families of the district such as officers working in government service, employees and people working in other services. Under Ayushman-Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and Dr. Khubchand Baghel Swasthya Sahayata Yojana, eligible APL families are given free treatment facility up to 50 thousand, and under BPL ration card all eligible families are given the benefit of health facility up to 5 lakh. The collector has appealed to all the beneficiaries deprived of Ayushman cards in the district to get their Ayushman cards made and take advantage of the ambitious scheme of the state government.
