Balco Medical Center celebrated International Yoga Day

Raipur. Balco Medical Center (BMC) organized a yoga session on the occasion of International Day of Yoga with enthusiasm and determination to inspire and promote holistic health and wellness. Through this event, BMC deepened the vital benefits of yoga and inspired cancer patients and hospital staff to embrace the curative potential of yoga. A special workshop organized in association with Yoga Institute, Raipur aimed at cancer patients and hospital staff Employees were to explain the benefits of yoga, where it has the potential to improve physical strength, mental resilience and emotional well-being. Under the guidance of experienced yoga teachers, the participants indulged in various yogic exercises and indulged in asanas, pranayama and meditation.
