Balcony collapses in SECL colony, residents in panic

Korba. A major accident was almost averted in the Gevra Colony quarter of SECL Deepka. Where a large part of the quarter’s balcony has fallen. Two innocent children playing in the courtyard of the house were saved. This incident has created a stir.

Khagendra Prasad Nayak said that complaints have been made to the civil department of SECL several times. But after the complaint, no officer was coming to attend the complaint. On receiving information about the incident, senior officials of the civil department reached the spot. Employees are forced to live in fear due to incidents of balcony collapse happening every day in the colony. At the same time, no arrangement of any kind is being made by the SECL management.
