Ban on CBI entry in Chhattisgarh ends
Raipur : The five-year long ban on CBI’s entry and investigation in Chhattisgarh has automatically ended. With the resignation of Bhupesh Baghel from the post of CM last night, the order regarding stay on CBI investigation in January-19 will be set aside. Along with this, there is a strong possibility that the new government may order an investigation into the PSC-22 scam.
Most of the candidates selected in this are sons, daughters and daughter-in-laws of Congress leaders and officers. Among them, former president. TS Sonwani’s adopted son and another relative are also included. PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have been making announcements in their election meetings regarding getting this matter investigated by a competent agency. And the promise of investigation has also been a major promise in the BJP’s manifesto.
