Raita is so delicious to eat that it adds tremendous flavor to any food. It is mostly seen that in homes, raita is made of boondi, veg, cucumber, onion, pakoda etc. Today we are going to tell you a raita that is different from all these, after eating it you will think of preparing it again and again. This is banana raita. Banana is rich in nutrition and is very beneficial. It is useful for the body in every way. In such a situation, it can also be consumed in the form of raita. Its taste is sweet and spicy. Material Curd – 3 cups Bananas – 2 Sugar – 1 teaspoon Grated coconut – 1 teaspoon Makhane Roasted – 1 cup Chironji – 2 spoons Ghee – 1 teaspoon Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon Black pepper – 1 teaspoon salt as per taste Method – First of all, put curd in a bowl and beat it well. Now mix sugar in curd. If you want to keep the raita a little thin, you can add water, but the banana raita will look thick. Now add two chopped banana pieces in it. Now take a vessel and heat 1-2 spoons of ghee in it. – Now add chironji in it. When chironji becomes light brown, add grated coconut to it. Mix it well and turn off the gas. When the chironji and coconut mixture cools down, put it in a bowl of curd and mix it well. Now add cumin powder, black pepper and salt to the raita and mix. Before serving the raita, pour roasted makhana over it. Cashews or pomegranate seeds can be used for garnishing. – Now keep the raita in the refrigerator and then serve it chilled after 10-15 minutes.
