BDS team deployed in Budha Pahad area of Balrampur

Balrampur: The police administration is on alert mode regarding preparations for Chhattisgarh Assembly elections 2023. BDS team is continuously running search operations in Naxal affected areas. Investigation is being done regarding the possibility of IED on the road under construction in the said area. The bomb disposal squad team is continuously investigating sensitive areas.

Meanwhile, Surguja Police Inspector General Ankit Garg along with Balrampur District Collector Remijius and Superintendent of Police Dr Lal Umed Singh visited the Naxal affected areas. High officials reached Chunchun Pundag riding a motorcycle and encouraged the soldiers serving in Naxal affected areas like Budha Pahar adjoining Jharkhand by feeding them sweets. Senior officials reached sensitive areas like Samari Sabag, Bandarchua, Ghutahi, Chunchuna and interior areas.
