Bear tried to attack devotee on Srisailam Ghat Road

Kurnool: A man who emerged from the dense safari in the jungle of Tummalabayalu intended to attack a devotee on the Srisailam-Dornala ghat road on Monday.

The devotees had stopped their vehicles to allow the animal to cross the street. However, instead of retreating peacefully into the forest, he charged at one of the devotees and made him run in search of safety.

The incident was captured on video and quickly went viral on social networks, generating concerns about the invasion of wildlife and the safety of pilgrims visiting the famous temple of Srisailam.
