Being threatened to burn with acid… Gangrape victim makes sensational allegation

Prayagraj: The victim who lodged an FIR of gangrape against a former BJP leader and a doctor in Prayagraj is receiving threats. She alleged that both the accused are making a third person follow her as part of a conspiracy. She is being threatened to burn with acid. On the complaint of the victim, Colonelganj police has registered a case against Ardhedu Shukla, gangrape accused Shyam Prakash Dwivedi and Dr. Anil Dwivedi under various sections including threat and molestation.

According to the FIR, the mother of the gangrape victim has filed a case under NI Act against Ardhedu Shekhar Shukla, resident of Mauaima. The case is pending in the court. After filing the case, the accused is sending obscene and threatening messages. He follows the gangrape victim. He has threatened to burn her face by throwing acid on her. The victim also has its recording. It was alleged that Shyam Prakash Dwivedi and Anil Dwivedi, accused in the gangrape case, have sent Ardhendu Shukla as part of a conspiracy. He is being threatened so that he cannot testify against them in court.

Both the accused in the gangrape case are out on bail. The brother of the gangrape victim died in a road accident in Pune. The girl had alleged that a conspiracy was hatched from the jail and the brother was killed in Pune. Ardhendu Shekhar Shukla has lodged an FIR against the gangrape victim and her parents in Kidganj police station on June 18 under various sections of fraud. The police have started investigating the case. The police say that the accused are currently out on bail. Further action will be taken after investigating the case.
