Being upset, the businessman committed suicide, the accused who tortured him was arrested

Surajpur. In Surajpur district, a young businessman committed suicide by jumping into Dumariya Dam on Tuesday. Police have arrested 4 accused for abetting suicide. The entire matter is of Bhatgaon police station area. The businessman had posted a Facebook status holding all four responsible for the suicide. The family members of the youth kept the dead body on the road and also blocked the Ambikapur-Banaras road. Young businessman Bittu Gupta, resident of Jarhi, committed suicide by jumping into Dumaria Dam on Monday morning.

Bittu Gupta also wrote a post on his Facebook profile in the morning, in which he held the operator family of the neighboring Vicky Cloth Store, Jarhi, responsible for his suicide. Two days ago a fire broke out in Himanshu’s clothes store. For this, they were pressurizing Bittu Gupta, his father Tulsi Gupta and his family members to file an FIR by considering them guilty.

After protesting by keeping the dead body in the road, the police got the dead body embalmed. During the investigation, after observing the statements of the witnesses and the screen shot of the suicide note written in the mobile phone of the deceased before his death, on the instructions of SP MR Ahire, an offense under section 306, 34 was registered against the four accused. In the case, Bhatgaon police station on Tuesday arrested the accused Umesh Gupta (35), Raju Gupta (38), Rekha Gupta (29), Chandki Gupta (42), all residents of Korandha, Bhatgaon police station. All four accused were produced in the court, from where they have been sent to jail in judicial custody.
