Belly hangs after cesarean delivery? do these 5 yogasanas

Gaining weight during pregnancy is natural. But, most of the women have to work hard to reduce the fat accumulated near the waist after delivery.
If you are also one of those women who are looking for ways to reduce weight and belly fat after C-section delivery, then the yoga poses mentioned in this article can help you. These yogasanas can reduce waist fat without much pressure.
Which yoga asanas can women do after cesarean delivery? Kamlesh Singh, yoga instructor of Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Science, Lucknow, is telling us about them.
Chaturanga Dandasana or Plank Pose
Some people also know it by the name of Plank pose. This is one of the most effective yoga poses to reduce belly fat. In this Yogasana, you have to balance the body on your feet and palms for at least 30 seconds.
Along with burning belly fat, plank strengthens the core and improves flexibility.
Method
Lie down on your stomach.
Bring the hands near the chest and keep them on the ground.
Put the weight of the body on the hands.
Raise the whole body by emphasizing on the toes.
Keep the back straight.
Keeping the legs straight, put the weight of the body on the hands.
Keep taking deep long breaths.
Stay in this posture for at least 50 seconds.

Ustrasana or Camel pose
Once you are advised by your doctor to do yoga, then you can try this pose. It strengthens the abdominal muscles. Also, this pose works your thighs and back and strengthens your arms, legs and shoulders.
Method
To do this, sit on your knees.
Lean back to grasp the feet with the hands.
Then come back to the old position.
Due to this, it is felt on the stretch on the stomach.
Bhujangasana or Cobra pose
It is very easy to do this yogasana. It puts pressure on your stomach and helps in reducing waist fat. It is also considered one of the best yogasanas for the spine. It improves flexibility and helps with joint pain around the neck, shoulders and collar bones.
Method
To do this, lie down on your stomach.
Keep the palms on the floor.
Then lift the upper part of your body till you bend your neck backwards.
After staying in this pose for some time, come back to the first position.
Tadasana or Mountain Pose
Taad means mountain in Sanskrit. Hence, Tadasana is called Mountain Pose. This asana improves balance, stretches muscles and reduces belly fat after cesarean delivery.
Method
Stand up straight.
Take the hands above the head.
Stand on the toes of the feet.
Stretch the body upwards.
Stay like this for some time.
Then come back to the old position.
naukasana or boat pose
It is a bit difficult in the beginning to do this yoga. But, later you can easily do it. It works very fast on your abdominal muscles, hence, it helps in reducing belly after C-section delivery.
Method
To do this, sit with your back straight.
Then lift the upper and lower part of the body.
While doing this, the balance of your body will be on the hips.
Now spread the hands towards the knees.
Stay in this pose for some time and come back.
Trikonasana or triangle pose
This yogasana helps in stretching the muscles. It strengthens the spine and gives relief from pain. Continuous stretching and bending strengthens the abdominal muscles and reduces waist fat.
Method
To do this, stand with your legs spread apart.
Open the hands on both the sides.
Touch your left toe with the left hand.
Do this yogasana from the right side also.
