Beneficiaries getting benefits from labor card by presenting fake birth certificate arrested

Raipur. Beneficiary Tamradhwaj Bharti, who got benefit from labor card by presenting fake birth certificate, has been arrested. Out of the above 40 certificates, the birth certificate of Priyanka Kurre issued on 15.06.2023 was got checked by the applicant in the Planning, Economic and Statistics Department. In which it was found that the said certificate is not in the website of the department. It was also told by the department that B 2023-22 is marked in the Municipal Corporation registration number while the registration number B 2023-9 is marked in the birth certificate of Priyanka Kurre. The applications made on the basis of such attached 40 certificates were rejected by the applicant. By dated 01.08.2023, a letter was written to the Deputy Director, District Planning, Economic and Statistics Department to verify the birth certificates of the said 40 applications. But the certificate of the children presented by the said beneficiary has been found to be fake. Whose recovery action is being taken separately. On which crime number 392/23 Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 Bhadvi was registered against the accused in Police Station Civil Line. Offense was registered.

Under the direction of senior officers and the police station in-charge, civil line, the team of police station civil line started tracing the accused involved in the case by making detailed inquiries from the applicant, labor inspector and other officers/employees in relation to the incident. Team members traced the accused Tamradhwaj Bharti involved in the incident and arrested the accused Tamradhwaj Bharti and action was taken against him. The other accused involved in the case are absconding and all possible efforts are being made to arrest them.
