Bhilai: Loan fair organised to collect outstanding dues

bhilai news. Under the More Makaan More Aas component of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, a loan fair was organized to allot houses to homeless families living on rent in slum areas. Houses were allotted to 815 allottees through lottery system, out of which 611 beneficiaries did not deposit the full amount of housing allotment. They have deposited only 10 percent of the amount till now. Due to their inability to deposit the remaining amount, they are not able to get possession of the house. chhattisgarh

chhattisgarh news For the convenience of the beneficiaries, on the initiative of Municipal Corporation Bhilai, a loan fair was organized jointly with the banks in Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Sarva Samaj Manglik Bhawan Gaurav Path Baikunthdham through the bank. Information was also provided to the beneficiaries by making personal phone calls and through newspapers. Beneficiaries can avail loan from bank as per their convenience and deposit the prescribed amount for the house. After depositing the amount, they will be given possession.
