Bhubaneswar: 4,166 teachers got appointments during Nijukti festival.

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has appointed 4,166 teachers during the Nijukti Parva held at Kalinga Stadium. Apart from congratulating the teachers, the Chief Minister urged them to inculcate deep self-confidence in the children and inspire them to love and feel proud of our great country, great race and great culture.

The Chief Minister advised the children to dream big and be successful in achieving their goals. He said that teachers will have an important contribution in building a new and strong Odisha in the 21st century.

Patnaik also said that the state government is giving utmost importance to education, which is why till now 6883 high schools have been converted under the 5T initiative.
