Cuttack / Bhubaneswar: Weather has changed in the twin city of Odisha Bhubaneswar-Cuttack on Tuesday morning. The two cities have received rainfall while cloudy weather has prevailed.
As per reports, from early in the morning of Tuesday Bhubaneswar and Cuttack have received rainfall at various places. Due to sudden rain in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar since morning, traffic has been disrupted while people are in panic.
