Big accident in Anganwadi centre, ceiling plaster fell on children

In fact, on Wednesday at around 10 o’clock, when the women who were to be benefited in the Anganwadi centre had reached with their children, then an accident happened in the Anganwadi Bhawan Belkharikha. Two women and 2 children were injured due to the falling of the ceiling plaster here. The matter of relief is that the children were not present here during the accident, otherwise a big accident could have happened.
