Big conspiracy against country’s VVIP, shocking revelation
New Delhi: The incident of slogans being written in support of Khalistan in Delhi came to light a few days ago. Now the police have arrested two sharp shooters of Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arshdeep alias Arsh Dala after an encounter. The Special Cell of Delhi Police has succeeded in catching these two sharpshooters after a major encounter. During initial interrogation, these shooters have told that apart from Punjabi singers, VVIPs were also their target.
Delhi Police Special Commissioner HGS Dhaliwal told the media, ‘Two sharpshooters of international terrorist and gangster Arshdeep Singh Dala have been arrested. The names of both the arrested shooters, Rajpreet Singh alias Raja alias Bamb and Virendra Singh alias Vimmi, were caught from the main road near Akshardham Temple, Mayur Vihar. Both the criminals were given the task by Arshdeep to kill a Punjabi singer Elly Mangat. Both of them had tried to kill this singer in October 2023 but all of them had failed because the singer was not present at home at that time.
Special Commissioner said, ‘During the encounter the accused fired 5 rounds of bullets. Two of these bullets hit the bulletproof jacket of a policeman. In response, the police team fired six rounds at the accused. A revolver and 6 live cartridges have been recovered from one shooter. A .30 mm pistol and 7 live cartridges have been recovered from another shooter. A hand grenade has also been found near it and a stolen bike has been recovered.
After interrogating the accused, the police raided the premises of their associate Sachin Bhati. Police had raided Gautam Buddha Nagar in Uttar Pradesh. Bhati has been caught by the police. It is suspected that he has a cache of weapons. It is being said in media reports about Raja and Vimmi that both of them are residents of Punjab. A case of murder and attempt to murder has already been registered against both of them.
Raja got parole in 2017 in a murder case and then he absconded. Vimmi was wanted in a criminal case related to firing in front of a jewelery shop and demanding extortion from the shop owner. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 186, 353, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and many other sections.
