Big decision of the court in the murder case of coaching manager, former student will remain in jail till his death

Durg: The court has given a big verdict in the murder case of the female manager of Shiva Coaching Center located at Civic Center in Bhilai. In this almost 6 year old case, the court has sentenced former coaching student Manish Yadav to life imprisonment. The female manager had gone out for coaching, then her body was found.

District Public Prosecutor CL Sahu said that in October 2017, Jaswinder Singh, resident of Ruabandha Sector, had lodged a report. It was told that his wife Kuldeep Kaur, who is the manager of Shiva Coaching, left the house in the car, but did not return. During investigation, the body of Kuldeep Kaur was found near CISF boundary wall Utai. During the investigation, the police got the call details and CDR of both the mobile numbers of Kuldeep. This revealed that between 2015-16, there used to be a lot of conversation between Manish Yadav (21), resident of Gandhi Chowk Ambikapur, and Kuldeep Kaur. Even on the day of the murder, the location of Manish and Kuldeep was the same.

After this the police detained Manish from Ambikapur. During interrogation he confessed to the murder. In this case, Durg District Court, after the charges were proved, sentenced the accused youth Manish Yadav to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1000 in the murder case.
