Big incident in Punjab, bullets fired at doctor in public

Batala. It has been reported that after unknown persons shot and injured the doctor, they snatched his pistol and ran away. In this regard, Nanak Nangal, resident of Sarbjit Singh, son of Kunnan Singh, who is undergoing treatment in the hospital, told that his base is a clinic in Rangad Nangal and he was sitting in the clinic at around 7.30 pm last evening and giving medicines to the patients. During this time, two unknown persons on a motorcycle entered his clinic and asked him to raise his hands and meanwhile when he started taking out the pistol from his pocket, they fired two bullets at him from their pistol which hit his left leg. After this, unknown persons snatched his pistol and ran away. Regarding this matter, ASI of Rangar Nangal police station. Amarjeet Singh reached the spot along with the police party and after taking stock of the situation, a case was registered against unknown people on the statements of Dr. Sarabjit Singh.
