The case pertains to Nirmala Residential International Public School Chhoti Keshopur Jamalpur. Where Mridul Raj, a student studying in class II, was mercilessly beaten up by the wife and principal of the director of the residential school. After getting the information about the beating, the local people started creating ruckus in the school. When the CCTV footage of the school was scrutinized, it was clearly visible how the principal of the school was not only beating him mercilessly but also strangulating the innocent by putting his foot on his chest.
what did the student do wrong
The victim student named Mridul Raj told that my book was torn on Wednesday. To which I told the senior to seal it. While sewing, the needle pricked the finger of the senior student. I gave him Dettol lamp to apply, then my slipper slipped and I fell down. During this, a bottle of Dettol from my hand fell on the face of a student sleeping next to him and went into his eye. On this the student started shouting. After shouting, Sir’s wife (Madam) came and started beating me. I fell asleep at night after the beating. Then around 10:00 pm, when I was sleeping, the principal came and started beating me on the head. He climbed on my chest and started strangling me. They kept slapping me in my eyes, mouth and ears. Until his mind is full. After this he threatened me that if I inform anyone about this incident, I will kill you more. Due to which I did not tell anyone out of fear, but the matter came to the fore when the people next to me came here and demanded to show the CCTV footage from the principal.
Principal and his wife were taken into custody
At the same time, the local people gave this information to the parents of the victim student living in Dharhara block. In this regard, the father of the victim student has filed a complaint against the principal and her husband at the Jamalpur police station. Sadar SDO Rajesh Kumar said that the father of the victim student has complained about the assault by the principal of the school management and his wife. It is clearly known in the CCTV footage that the child is being brutally beaten. The principal and his wife have been taken into custody. Further action is being taken.
Cow dung was collected from children
Local people told that the operator rears cows in the house. The work of cutting cow dung or grass was also done by the students living here. This work was done by the students. The principal used to get the students to pick up the animal dung daily and clean the bathrooms. The local people told that no one was speaking against them. Today, when the matter of such beating with the student came in front of us, then we have taken action. He said that this is not a school, here children are treated like animals.
