Method
To make Anarse, sieve the rice in a bowl and also sieve the flour. Meanwhile, add baking soda and coconut powder and mix well.
After mixing, add 2 spoons of ghee. Then add one and a half cups of sugar and milk and mix it lightly and knead the dough.

If you want, you can add powdered sugar to the flour as well. But here we are using powdered sugar.
Now mash the flour and make it smooth. Do this for 5 minutes and then make dough. Make a ball and give a round or flat shape to the dough.
Meanwhile, put oil in a pan to heat. When the oil starts heating, coat the dough with sesame seeds and pebbled rice.
