Bike collides with police van, 3 youths die
Bihar Sharif: Three people riding a bike died in a collision between a police van and a bike in Ekangarsarai police station area of Nalanda district of Bihar on Tuesday. Angered by this incident, people created a ruckus.
According to the police, Ekangarsarai police station was going to Hilsa Court with some prisoners in a vehicle when it collided with a triple load bike coming from the front near Ruchunapura village.
All three people riding the bike died in this incident. The deceased have been identified as Neetu Chaudhary, Akash Kumar and Rahul Kumar, residents of Koshiyava village.
Here, there are reports of people angry over the incident creating a ruckus. Hilsa DSP Sumit Kumar told that the police of Ekangarsarai police station was going to Hilsa court with the prisoner. An accident took place near Ruchanpura village on Ekangarsarai Hilsa main road, in which the vehicle of Ekangarsarai police station was hit by a bike from the front.
He said that the three injured were taken to PHC for treatment, where doctors declared all of them dead. Some police personnel have also been injured. Further action is being taken in this matter.
