BJP Bhilai Mandal President received notice
Durg. Returning Officer of Assembly Constituency No. 66 Vaishali Nagar, Mr. H.S. Regarding the violation of the code of conduct, Miri has issued a notice to the president of Bharatiya Janata Party Bhilai Mandal and asked him to submit an explanation within two days. The complaint received through CVIGIL was investigated by the FST team.
In which the complaint regarding filling of forms related to Mahtari Vandan Yojana was found to be true. FST team has also taken action to seize the bundle of forms of Mahtari Vandan Yojana. This action of the Chairman is a gross violation of the Model Code of Conduct.
Under the same Assembly Elections 2023, a notice has been issued to Prem Prakash Pandey, District President of Bharatiya Janata Party Bhilai and candidate from Bhilai Nagar of Assembly Constituency 65, on violation of the Model Code of Conduct, asking him to submit an explanation within two days by the Returning Officer.
Returning Officer of Bhilai Nagar assembly constituency, Rohit Vyas, received a complaint from CVIGIL that false pamphlets are being distributed door-to-door by the workers of Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Premprakash Pandey and former councilor in Road No. 15 Sector 02 Bhilai, that for filling it, Rs 1000. Considering the payment of rupees as a violation of the election model code of conduct, a notice has been issued to the Speaker and the candidate.
