BJP leader dies in a horrific road accident

Ambikapur. Last night, a BJP leader riding a bike was hit by a drunk driver coming from Udaipur with a Bolero while driving at high speed, due to which the BJP leader died on the spot while other riders got injured. While trying to escape, the Bolero vehicle went ahead and overturned after hitting a tree. According to the information, Bolero driver Pradeep Oraon, resident of Kedma, in his vehicle number CG 04 H.A. 8459 had gone to village Boda in Batoli to eat Barokhi. Pradeep Oraon, under the influence of alcohol, was driving dangerously with other people and was going towards Kudar Baswar via Udaipur at 10.50 pm. Meanwhile, BJP leader resident of village Sanibarra 40-year-old Bablu Yadav and Ramkumar Yadav, along with his son 13-year-old Kaleshwar and his brother-in-law Ramesh, were going to Udaipur bus stand to take the child to Raipur Hospital for cancer treatment.

During this time, in village Puta, the Bolero driver, while driving carelessly, hit the bike of BJP leader Bablu Yadav due to which Bablu Yadav’s thigh got cut and he died on the spot due to excessive bleeding. His brother-in-law and son also got their legs broken in the accident. Leaving the bikers injured, the Bolero driver ran away and while trying to escape, the Bolero overturned after hitting a tree near Devalla in Sanibarra. On hearing the sound of the accident, nearby villagers gathered and saw the accident. After the accident, the driver tried to run away but was caught by the villagers. Bolero rider Anita, Kailash, Jamuni, Vineshwar etc. were also injured in this accident. On the other hand, Udaipur 112 team’s head constable Devnarayan Kanwar, Sarju Rajwade and two constables Kunjlal Sori and Ramkumar Yadav took the injured bike riders to Udaipur hospital. The doctor declared Bablu Yadav dead and referred the injured to the district hospital for treatment. On receiving information about the accident, the team of Dial 112 also reached where the villagers handed over the caught driver to the police. When the family members of Bablu Yadav came to know that he had died in the accident and his son and brother-in-law were serious, there was an uproar in the hospital. The accused driver was also brought by the police, due to which the atmosphere started becoming very heated, but the police released the accused. Sent him to the police station from there.
