BJP MLA’s Brother Fined, Clashes with Cops in Shivpuri

Bhopal: MLA’s brother rode a bike without wearing a helmet. At the checking point, the traffic police seized his bike and issued a challan. In this context, the MLA’s brother got into an argument with the police and threatened them. He demanded that his bike be brought home. Bhagchandra Khatik, brother of BJP MLA Ramesh Khatik from Karera constituency, is a teacher in a government school.

Meanwhile, on Thursday evening at 5 pm, the police set up a checkpoint outside the Narwar police station. A teacher who was returning home from school was stopped by the police along with the bike of BJP MLA Bhagchandra’s brother. He was asked to pay a challan for not wearing a helmet. This led to an argument with the police.

On the other hand, Bhagchandra got into an argument with a policeman who was taking the bike keys to the police station. He said he would not pay the challan. He threatened the constable. He demanded that his bike be brought home. This led to the intervention of the police officers. Finally, the police officer confirmed that the MLA’s brother had been fined for riding the bike without wearing a helmet. This video clip went viral on social media.
