BJP MP had stopped the train in 2012, now the court has given such decision, tension increased
Meerut: MP MLA Court has imposed a fine of ₹ 2000 on Meerut MP Rajendra Aggarwal for stopping the train. The MP says that he will appeal against this in the Upper Court. He has full faith in the law.
Actually, BJP MP from Meerut Rajendra Aggarwal had stopped the train at Meerut city station in 2012. A case was registered against the MP in this case and its hearing was going on in the MP MLA court of Meerut. In this case, the Parliament told the court that they were politically implicated in the case.
Meanwhile, on Thursday, the MP MLA Court, after hearing both the parties and looking at the evidence available on file, imposed a fine of Rs 2,000 on Rajendra Aggarwal.
In this matter, MP Rajendra Aggarwal has said that he will appeal in the Upper Court in the matter and he has faith in the law. From his side it has been said that he had gone there to solve the problems of the people. He had not stopped any train. At the same time, MP Rajendra Aggarwal’s lawyer Manmohan Wig told that he had been made to sit in the court to give a copy of the order and a fine of Rs 2000 has been imposed. This will be appealed from our side.
